Startup Decision #1: Build a Webflow Website

  • I started developing all of our front-end views in Webflow for our web app and converting them using FreeformJS to angular components. This helped tremendously by showing the responsive breakpoints of the design and increasing efficiency between design and overseas development. Unfortunately, we now use Angular 8, which is not supported by FreefromJS.
  • The initial site I created has now become our company website- Mightysmart.co. This allows me to focus on developing content like articles, blog posts, and our product knowledge base without using any development resources.
  • Webflow also has powerful SEO features, so I can add custom SEO settings for all our pages. Further reading: 14 Tips on website SEO.
